American Workers
Taken for Granted

What are you doing to help the American workers?

"We need to call the Chamber of Commerce and the Business Roundtable what they are: They are unions for big business."

Sean O’Brien - Teamsters President

Business Roundtable’s Decision to Give Into ‘Stakeholder’ Capitalism has influenced unprecedented political activism.

‘Stakeholder’ capitalism has allowed more liberal forces and Democrats to control the private sector. By changing a corporation's role to please every member of the community, corporations lost direction and focus. Major corporations ended up serving the people who bullied them hardest.

Groups like the Human Rights Campaign helped set the marketing strategy for organizations across the United States. Listening to stakeholders who bully organizations leads to companies like Target losing billions in market cap because of their decisions to sell offensive, politicized products at the expense of their customers. Or, John Deere sponsoring pride parades and taking other culturally radical stances that are clearly at odds with their customer base. Companies like NASDAQ are implementing discriminatory racial and sexual orientation quotas on companies listed on their exchanges. Finally, situations like Boeing’s deteriorating quality control standards while adhering to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion decisions.

When you confuse a corporation's purpose, you end up with madness. The Business Roundtable has made a horrible mistake, and every company involved should withdraw its support and focus on its shareholders instead of its ‘stakeholders,’ who have no skin in the game.

The American people aren’t stupid, they know the system is broken.

Teamsters Are Reaching Across the Aisle

“Teamsters are not interested in if you have a R, D, or I next to your name. We want to know, what are you doing for the American worker.”

Teamster President Sean O’Brien at the Republican National Convention on July 15, 2024

Anti-Union Groups on the right and the Left’s Big Money Connections want to keep workers down

We want to know one thing, what is YOUR company doing to help American Workers?

  • Big Money is running this country and it’s time for workers inside companies to stand with courage and make their points heard

  • Chambers of Commerce and Business Roundtables are UNIONS for BIG BUSINESS, not the worker!

  • Improve Wages, Benefits, and Worker Conditions

  • Amazon has abandoned its national allegiance. Elites have no party; Elites have no nation.

  • Biggest recipient of welfare in this country are corporations, and who foots the bill. The U.S. Taxpayer. End this corruption!

  • I will always speak for America and the American Worker, both Union and non union.
